Thanks to our community of supporters, we reached our build campaign goal and are now moving into the work of outfitting CopyCat's first independent studio in the lower level at 3546 Michigan Ave in Detroit (yes, in the building with 27th Letter Books!).
As we set up the space, we're looking for equipment, tools, and materials that can help the studio function at its best. Many of these are items that artists, schools, businesses, or print shops may already have lying around.
If you have something from our list to donate or sell, or know someone who does, we'd love to hear from you. Anything we can source through our community helps stretch our budget and get the studio up and running sooner.
